The rarest garnish, grown alive in your kitchen.

A precision aeroponic system that grows micro herbs, specialty greens, and edible flowers on site, cut to order at the pass.

The M.A.V. Mini

A precision aeroponic machine. Not a planter.

About the size of a slim refrigerator, it grows micro herbs, specialty greens, and edible flowers in about six square feet. It runs on a standard outlet, stays near silent, and works like any other piece of kitchen equipment.

The invitation

Be the first New York kitchen to grow its own garnish.

The first unit is built around you. We tune the varieties to your menu, dial in the first cycles together, and your first live cut happens right here at your pass. One founding partner, then no one else in your neighborhood carries what you do.
